Do you prepare for the science and technology exam?
Yes. It is a Secondary 4 exam that counts for 50% of the final result in the competencies assessed.
My child understands the lesson but fails the tests. What can be done?
That is the most common case in science. The tutor works on the solving method: read the question, identify the data, choose the formula, check the result.
Do you cover Secondary 5 physics and chemistry?
Yes, both, and the natural science courses at CEGEP.
Can the tutor run laboratory work?
No. We work on theory, method and lab reports, but the handling itself happens at school.
Is it the same tutor for maths and science?
Often yes, because the two go together. If the need is very specific to one subject, we assign the specialist for that subject.
