A criminal record check is part of recruitment. It is non-negotiable, and it is what we tell families.

We talk about your experience, the subjects and levels you master, and your actual availability.
You send us the required papers, including what allows the criminal record check.
You sign a self-employed contractor agreement. It sets out your terms, your pay and your obligations.
You are set up on our platform, where you manage your sessions, your reports and your hours.

What applicants ask.
How much will I be paid?
Pay depends on the service, the level and the format, online or in person. It is given to you precisely during the phone interview and written into the agreement before any session. We do not publish it here because it varies with those factors.
Do I need a teaching degree?
No. What we look at is experience in tutoring or teaching and knowledge of the Quebec curriculum. University students, teachers and professionals all work with us.
How many hours a week?
You decide. Some tutors take one student, others take ten. There is no minimum imposed, but the wider your availability, the more we can match you.
Do I have to travel?
Only if you want to. You can do online only, in-person only in your area, or both. You set your radius during the interview.
Is there training?
No. We do not offer in-house training: we recruit people who already have experience. An adviser does however remain available for follow-up on your files.
How does the background check work?
It is part of the recruitment process and conditions your registration. To be confirmed the details of the procedure and how often it is renewed.
Do you recruit for French training?
Yes, for French as a second language teachers. Those lessons are delivered online only, one-on-one, and the team is smaller than the school tutoring one.
And for accounting?
We are looking for chartered professional accountants for CPA support, including preparation for the Common Final Examination. Say so in your message.
